Child Safety and CSAE Standards

RYFFC Child Safety & CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation) Standards

1. Purpose & Zero-Tolerance Statement

RYFFC, LLC (“RYFFC,” “we,” “us”) maintains zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). These standards outline how we, within our current size and resources, work to prevent, identify, and respond to CSAE and CSAM.

2. Scope & Relationship to Other Policies

These standards apply to all users of RYFFC’s websites, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, “Services”). They supplement our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Copyright Policy.

3. Definitions

ChildAny person under 18 years of age.
CSAEAny content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child, including grooming, sextortion, or trafficking.
CSAMAny visual depiction (photo, video, animation, or computer-generated image) of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
GroomingBuilding trust or emotional connection with a child to facilitate sexual exploitation.

4. Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on RYFFC:

• Uploading, posting, sharing, linking to, soliciting, or trading CSAM.

• Engaging in grooming, sextortion, or trafficking of minors.

• Sexualizing minors through imagery, text, audio, or emoji.

• Requesting personally identifying images or sexual content from a minor.

• Facilitating or encouraging any of the above.

Confirmed violations result in immediate content removal, account termination, and mandatory reporting to law enforcement agencies.

5. How to Report CSAE or CSAM

In-App (Preferred)

1. Tap the vertical  menu on a Ryff (post) or user profile.

2. Select Report.

3. Choose PornographyIllegal activity, or Other (and type “Child safety” with additional details).

By Email

Email CustomerService@ryffc.com with the subject “Child Safety Report.” Include relevant details such as URLs, screenshots, and usernames.

All reports are treated confidentially to the extent permitted by law.

6. How We Respond

When an allegation of CSAE or CSAM is received through the channels above, our moderation team reviews the report during extended business hours (U.S. Eastern Time).

7. User Education & Empowerment

• Content exposure settings (General / Moderate / Bleeding Edge).

• Links to missingkids.org and other national helplines.

8. Compliance & Auditing

These standards are reviewed periodically. Users should routinely check the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page for the most recent revisions.
